CCO Menswear has just made its returns process even easier!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn and unaltered clothing within 60 days from the original date of purchase for a refund of the cost of the item.
To make the returns process easier, we now offer free return labels when you choose to have your refund applied to a store credit. If you prefer to have your refund credited back on to your credit card, you will have the option of purchasing a return label for $15. The $15 will be deducted from your refund.
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and FPO/APO orders are not eligible to use our automated system. You may return the item using the method of your choice. Please use a return service that includes a tracking number and take a picture of the tracking number for your records. CCO Menswear is not responsible for lost or returned packages.
CCO Menswear does not offer exchanges, you may choose either a refund or a store credit for your return. You will receive an email when your refund or store credit is processed. Allow up to 7 business days for processing from the date of receipt. If you require a replacement item that is time sensitive we recommend you order the replacement item before the refund is processed to save time. Returned items on orders in which a store credit was used will be refunded in the form of store credit first. Returned items paid for entirely via store credit can only be refunded in the form of store credit.
For cases where an incorrect item was received, we require a photo of the label on the item.
For cases where a damaged item was received, we require a photo of the damage on the item.
CCO Menswear will accept claims on damaged or incorrect items up to 30 days after the original date of purchase.
For returns of $1000 and greater, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed. We will deduct 5% from your refund.
