CCO Menswear is not responsible for any returns sent to any other address or items damaged or lost in the returns process.
We do not offer a traditional exchange. If you require a replacement item that is time sensitive we recommend you order the replacement item before the store credit or refund is processed to save time.
You will receive an email when your return is received and another when your store credit or refund is processed, store credits are typically issued within 48hrs of receipt of your return. Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date your return is received.
Returned items on orders in which a store credit was used will be refunded in the form of store credit first. Returned items paid for entirely via store credit can only be refunded in the form of store credit.
For cases where an incorrect item was received, we require a photo of the label on the item. Upon confirmation, the $9.99 label fee will be waived.
For cases where a damaged item was received, we require a photo of the damage on the item. Upon confirmation, the $9.99 label fee will be waived.
We will accept claims for non-receipt, damaged or incorrect items for up to 30 days from original date of purchase.
Any refused package will be subject to a separate $15 fee.
A restocking fee of 5% will be assessed in the following instances: shirts that have been unpinned; items that have had tags removed; items returned without hangers if applicable; and refunds exceeding $500.
CCO Menswear reserves the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on any items not returned in a sellable condition. The 5% will be deducted from your refund or store credit when your return is processed.
